Please explain the Crocs sizes ?

Good question, and it is really easy to get the sizes mixed up in Crocs.

When you look at the sole unit on the crocs shoe it will always be the American Size, so the M denotes a mans size, and W denotes the Women's size, This is how CROCS manufacture their product.

If you are a men's UK 9, this will be denoted on crocs as M10 W12.
